Own the requisition creation process for several hospital systems, including non-clinical, clinical, and allied health roles- Manage internal and external job postings- Assist recruiters in daily operations, including scheduling events, providing travel accommodations for candidates, securing resources for nursing outreach programs, review resumes, etc- Source for a variety of healthcare roles, including RNs, pharmacists, imaging techs, therapists, case workers, etc- Review resumes and interview potential candidates for General Nursing Extern programs- Assist the Recruitment Marketing team with cleaning and submitting candidate information for the Sourcing team- Regularly travel to the corporate office to prepare, organize, and ship crates for corporate hiring events across the country- With a team of fellow Coordinators, created a training program for future Talent Coordinators outlining all job responsibilities- Create and distribute recruitment and staffing reports as needed
