I lead PDC\'s technical and methodological program design, manage projects, and lead business acquisition tasks. Firstly, I develop methodologically rigorous technical proposals for research and M&E tenders in the MENA region, particularly Syria and Iraq. On active projects, I conduct data analysis and reporting tasks on a variety of modalities including baselines, endlines, impact evaluations, end-of-project evaluations, public opinion polling, and additional research initiatives. I manage those projects whilst overseeing field operations, data management, analysis, and reporting tasks for teams comprising a dozen members. My technical-methodological tasks include designing data collection tools for cross-sectoral purposes including surveys, key informant interview guides, focus group discussion guides, onsite monitoring checklists, and training monitoring evaluations.
