Executive (Counseling) for the past 9 years. Completed more than 6 International Career Counselling Certifications: EATC (Australia), Education New Zealand, UCLA & GCC, British Council Education UK, My Career Match. Over ten years of experience in Indian and overseas education.At Global Reach, I played a crucial role in counselling students on their educational journeys, assisting them with course selection, university/college applications, interview preparation, and, most importantly, the visa process. I also helped them find suitable health insurance and accommodation from India. My hands-on experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning has allowed me to improve operational workflows and provide consistently high-quality service.
