   Designed a hybrid AI system to classify aerial targets (drones, birds, mixed) using micro-Doppler spectrograms images and motion-based trajectory data. • Achieved ~97% accuracy with a custom CNN model on spectogram images and ~96% with trajectory-based Random Forest classifier.• Preprocessed thousands of trajectory data into segments, extracted motion descriptors, and conducted PCA, Gini-based feature analysis, and 5-fold cross-validation.• Developed a PyQt5 GUI for real-time classification and visualization.• Mentored junior team members to ensure successful task execution by overseeing task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking; proactively resolved blockers, conducted code reviews, and ensured high-quality deliverables.
