As part of the Diablo Immortal team, I led LiveOps initiatives focused on in-game events, monetization, growth. Over time, I transitioned my focus toward supporting the Publishing team, driving coordination and execution across global go-to-market efforts. Operating in a fast-paced, co-development environment with bi-weekly and quarterly releases, I drove cross-functional collaboration and process innovation to deliver high-quality player experiences.Key Contributions- Designed and implemented a LiveOps co-development workflow to improve release consistency, quality, sustainability, and stakeholder visibility- Built internal tracking systems, including a comprehensive release board to visualize scope, forecasts, asset status, and mitigate development risks- Streamlined internal build distribution, saving dozens of work hours weekly and improving team efficiency- Partnered closely with Product Managers to deliver high-performing features and content aligned with business goals- Acted as the primary liaison for Publishing, providing timely updates, assets, and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth go-to-market execution- Led press and influencer demo coordination for on- and offsite activations, including events at gamescom (Germany and LATAM), CCXP, and Claro stores in São Paulo, Brazil- Developed demo build capabilities from the ground up, enabling secure global distribution under embargo and amplifying GTM strategy—resulting in hundreds of thousands of impressions.
