This includes directing and managing the New Value Group technical implementation teams.I am responsible for the overall leadership and for maintaining a complete control on project schedule, budget, risk issues and for the followingfacilitating timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget;setting and manages client expectations;creating and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships;directly supervising implementation consultants, business analysts;create and maintains project budget, assists with implementation plans and modifying when necessary to include agreed revisions to project scope;driving results in alignment with business objectives;leads/facilitates internal meetings as well as client meetings in support of implementation and sales.Overseeing and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery.Responsibilities also include supporting pre-sales processes and working with sales and account management professionals to win new business; implementing business; proposal review and refinement; recruiting and staff development.Serve as a core member of the Management Team. In this capacity, provide management with regular project updates; serve as a critical advisor to the team as an Implementation leader and help to set the direction for the implementation and professional services team.
