Working inside the Innovation and Market Solutions department at Terna Group, in the Digital Solutions unit that is leading the digital transformation and enterprise data driven strategies of the group.Senior Project and Program Manager with particular focus on Industrial IoT convergence initiatives to meet the new company requirements related to data asset monitoring of the Terna in-field energy transmission systems. Main workflow activities:• collect and define the data driven needs of the internal data owner and business departments and coordinate the implementation of use cases and requirements;• manage the kick-off, design, execution and delivery of the initiatives’ life cycle, along all the technological and architectural data driven framework (SW IIOT infrastructure, Data Platforms, in-field sensors and on-edge devices);• define and promote operating models and procedures for the adoption and governance of IoT data driven framework.Project and Program management skills:• monitor the progress of the portfolio of Digital Solutions IoT initiatives, in terms of effort, milestones and achieved results, ensuring regular stakeholders reporting;• define and monitor a set of KPIs suitable for measuring the performance of the IoT initiatives;• ensure the correct prioritization of IoT initiatives, in line with company objectives;• planning and coordination of development resources from internal staff and external contractors;• managing agile backlogs and tracking of production issues and trouble tickets.Technology frameworks:• high-voltage monitoring asset systems (DigiC, DigiL, DigiS);• in field sensors and on-edge devices program delivery and roll-out;• IoT end-to-end architectures (IoT Agent, IoT Platforms, Data Platforms, Data Dashboards, Data Analysis);• TLC networking and Cybersecurity solutions;• real-time and historical data acquisition dashboarding app design.
