Engagements and team coordination role as for governance and internal control assessment and implementation, Internal Audit department improvement and quality assessment projects. Involvement in IFRS17 transition projects as for data quality assessment and improvement along financial reporting process. Leading role in activities related to the following main areas for both internal and external audit for major banking and insurance as well as some industrial and commercial companies- Process and internal control systems mapping, assessment and validation by adopting an approach consistent with ISAs and other main international audit frameworks- Information technology audit both referred to automated controls assessment and validation and reliability assessment of general controls addressing information system process risks (Cobit based)- Risk assessment activities using COSO and ERM framework and approach- Massive data analysis using CAAT to assess data flow consistency through operation and financial reporting process- Integrated audit projects on SEC registrants under Sarbanes – Oxley (SOX) regulation, based on the audit standards by PCAOB- Sampling techniques on both a statistical and non statistical basis- Audit related services such as SOX preparation and implementation, 262 regulation (“Italian SOX”) assessment, assurance engagements based on ISAEs 3402) set of principles. Main responsibilities Supervisor of activities related to each single engagement in order to ensure consistency among objectives, budget and costs. Program management role for different engagements to get efficient and effective resource allocation in terms of skills, resources and time.
