ARWR is a leading, highly innovative biotechnological company with focus on novel siRNA-based therapeutics. The key platform for ARWR is a siRNA stabilization and delivery technology termed TRiM™ (Targeted RNAi Molecule). The indications for the drugs developed by ARWR and brought to clinical trials are in the class cardiometabolic disorders and dyslipidemias, infectious diseases (hepatitis type B), rare genetic diseases of the liver (alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency), with additional targets in infectious, inflammatory and fibrotic pulmonary diseases, kidney cancer, and other. ARWR has successfully licensed or partnered some of its portfolio drugs to Amgen, Johnson and Johnson, Takeda, and other major pharmaceutical companies. At AWRW, I have chaired the Science Committee of the Board since its inception.

My life mission is to help cure lung and liver cancers, both primary and metastatic. Why? Because they are the most frequent causes of death in oncology. For over 30 years, I have pioneered new domains of science in pursuit of this mission.
