Section Manager - Team Leader for Sw Requirements Architecture Integration and Application @Marelli

As EES3 and EES4 Section Manager my main responsibility is to manage the team made by internal colleagues (around 15) and external consultant (around 20) with the role of SW Requirements Engineer, SW Architect, SW Integrator, SW Integrator Tester and SW Application Developer. Furthermore I am responsible for the selection of new resources (internal and external), related toolchain, process improvement ASPICE & AGILE compliant and to support management for project escalations. Additionally from June 2022: responsible for the supplier monitoring process, that includes management of supplier escalation (mainly AUTOSAR suppliers like Vector/KPIT or consultant suppliers like WIPRO) and SOW preparation (including also the creation of the SAP order and management of the E-procurement part to interface with purchasing & commodity).
