Site and Project Management professional with several proven experiences in installation, commissioning, on-site change order tendering, negotiation, engineering and project management of complex turnkey industrial equipment plant projects in the Energy and Oil & Gas sector. Areas of Expertise: Project Management, installation, engineering at site, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, test activities, maintenance, asset management, site activities schedule management (GANNT), change order definition at site, customer relationship management. As a Field Service Engineer and Technical Advising Specialist, supervised all technical and various work organization aspects during installation and startup activities. Contractor’s team activities coordination to ensure the timely execution and development of the schedule. Electrical, instrumentation, and software control aspects supervision. My responsibilities included also, work activities coordination, installation and setup of instruments and devices management and supervision, mechanical activitites supervision, service requests management, first startup, HMI programming (WinCC), logic control software modifications (Siemens STEP7, Rx3i), vibration monitor setup (Bruel & Kjaer, Bently Nevada) and machine tests as per contract requirements (72 hours’ test – performance test – real Antisurge curves test). Change order management. For my various assignments in Germany and Austria my ability to speak the local language allowed me to resolve multiple project issues and to simplify and speed up the communications between customer and the company.
