I developed a good experience along my working years in many different tipologies of subjects.I came in contact with different worlds: automotive and its service development, industrial projects, certifications, ISO 9001, differents materials - ceramics, wood, metals, glass- different technologies - electroplating, varnishing. I developed a good experience in problem solving and in team leadership, I have a good ability in organization and I am very keen in human relationship.My constant contact with Far East collegues helped me to improve relationship with very different cultures and way of living and working, to understand and develop the best way to interact with other people.I have lead several projects inside my company as- reorganization of the QC procedure - free pass project on incoming goods control - revision of all quality protocols - change in the packaging structure of products that lead to a - 35% in cost with the same breakage ratio during deliveries - revising of all booklets and labels to be compliant with the Italian consumer\'s code
