Digital Coordinator – Transport Management System | Milano Cortina 2026Responsible for the digital coordination of the Transport Management System (TMS), the official transportation platform for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.The project includes- Two mobile applications: one designed for drivers, and another for stakeholders and spectators, enabling the management and use of official transport services during the event- A web application “FMS” (Fleet Management System) for handling requests, vehicle assignments, and fleet operations coordination- An advanced Geographic Informaton System for dynamic map modeling based on logistical needs.I oversee and coordinate internal developments — defining operational logic, workflows, and UX/UI — while collaborating with a skilled and cohesive cross-functional team.A unique experience serving one of the world’s most prestigious global sporting and organizational events.
