I\'m focused daily on the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (assembly and testing) of Gear pumps, motors and fan drives to fulfill the company target of safety, quality, productivity and achieve highest level of customer satisfaction Responsibilities includes the definition and implementation of IT solutions for the shop floor, the industrialization of new products and the introduction of production equipment (test stands, pick to light systems, vision systems, etc.) taking into account the new technologies and the ever-changing business and customer requirements. Direct involvement in the maintenance, logistic and quality area.
