SaaS scale-up company providing intelligence to operations for retail and financial services clients,(angel and Series A, and debt capital raises) Prior to taking on executive management roles, worked for a number of investment banks including as the National Co-Head of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory for the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) sector at Deloitte Canada and member of the TMT industry executive and Fast 50 program. Participated as a speaker or mediator on various panels around the topics of technology, M&A and venture capital. MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BComm (Hons) from the Catholic University of Milan.
