ABOUT MAURIZIO DI BIAGIO

I’ve a wide experience in the Supply Chain Management, enhanced by managing different activities and processes along many years of experience in leading Companies of different sectors. I’m an energetic and motivated manager, able to drive changes into results with passion, professionalism and competence. I’ve successfully managed more teams of people, in multicultural environments and in business situation changes, both in Companies restructuring and in start-up contexts. I\'ve often played the roles of consultant, developer and project manager in several processes and business areas, with strict orientation to improve business competitiveness and with some successful projects. I\'ve continuously worked looking for the Company\'s success, always being careful to contain and reduce costs, avoid any possible inefficiency, and research the optimization of the human and financial resources available.
