Perform research and advise on potential corporate tax ramifications for a wide variety of jurisdictions, including the USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, UK, Japan, Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Tunisia and Turkey. Work with local teams in addressing tax audit strategy, as well as provision of support throughout audit process. Supply chain and IP optimization. Implementation of cash pooling facility. Preparation of CFC rulings. Effective tax rate analysis and modeling. Tax optimized planning of international assignments. Analysis and implementation of protocols to closely monitor residency and permanent establishment issues. Address customs and VAT issues.
