Identifying opportunities for synergies in all areas of supply chain managements through the interfaces with District Division, PMSC representatives and internal interfaces within KPD.• Ensuring material management effectiveness and compliance with Agip KCO policies and procedures and project needs• Participate to the KPD Procurement Process, dealing with the dedicated District Procurement unit for all materials and services requested by the KPD operating sites in Kazakhstan• Ensuring adoption and compliance with Agip KCO systems, procedures and policies, related to material management• Ensuring the “Required on Site” dates are met through forward planning and management while minimizing reactive (emergency) situations• Monitoring and supervising the PMSC contractors performing freight forwarding, customs clearance, material movement, inventory management, storage and warehousing, piping feasibility study.• Ensuring a proper interface is established and maintained with District Procurement for all aspects related to Customs Authorities relations.• Establishing proper relationships and interfaces with local authorities, suppliers and contractors to ensure the compliance with project objectives and milestones• Ensuring key management systems, procedures and policies being in place and properly followed for the following areas:o Materials Management Systemo Auditingo Cost Recoveryo Claimso Surplus materialso Risk Managemento Material Storage & Preservationo Receiving of Materials at AKCO warehouses and Lay down areao Issue of Materials to Contractorso OS & D (overage, shortage and damage) managementMain Interfaces: Company Contacting Procurement and Supply chain units staff members within KPD, District and across the rest of Agip KCO, HSE unit staff members across the company, Construction, Engineering dept, QA/QC dept.ExternalContacting PMSC, Contractors, Suppliers and Customs Authorities, Shipping Agents
