Ensure changes comply with the CITMP Level Procedures. Provide and coordinate process improvement initiatives to the business and customer as well as collision analysis. Manage, provide direction and coordinate scheduling with business groups to avoid any and all risk impact. Provide reports for senior management regarding metrics, trend analysis and audit compliance. Attend weekly risk analysis calls to regional Change Managers and Senior Management for upcoming changes. Maintain PIR updates for severity 1 and 2 EMS issues. Support the implementation of ITIL Global Process Standard.
