Provided executive leadership for Event Operations at the Oregon Convention Center under METRO, managing complex logistics, multi-stakeholder coordination, and the successful execution of major events serving regional, national, and international audiences. Managed an 80-member artistic team, including 28 Olympic-level synchronized swimming athletes and performers, for Cirque du Soleil’s world-renowned production “O,” ensuring seamless performance operations and artistic excellence at the Bellagio in Las Vegas for 7+ years, with direct reporting responsibility to the global HQ in Montreal, Québec. Collaborated with James Cameron on the 2011 movie \"Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away by coaching the Cirque du Soleil “O” team, in addition to providing Italian language voiceover for Cirque du Soleil\'s “Allavita!” event at the 2015 Universal Expo in Milan. Selected by Franco Dragone (creator of Cirque du Soleil’s “O” and “Mystère” shows) as lead performer of “Le Rêve” at the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas (a Mobil 5 Star, 5 Diamond venue) and the performance benchmark for future casting.
