Bilingual senior product designer (UX/UI) with over 8 years of experience. My design process is attentive, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong focus on the why. I like to approach projects with an open mind and a \"listen first\" mentality. Led end-to-end design at Mulligan Funding, where I created experiences for small businesses, partners, and internal teams by collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers. I am also part of the ADP List mentor community, where I help new designers by answering UX career path questions and talking about my design journey.Previously, I worked at Axos Bank as a UX designer, focusing on the enrollment platform for consumer and small business banking and some features for online banking. Spearheaded a large initiative for a small business lending product, where I worked directly with the VP of Small Business Banking to create several flows and interfaces.
