With years of Human Resources and Inclusion experience, I continue to strive to execute beyond industry standards in this field and continue to innovate ways which talent development improve company outcomes. I have created strategies and lead multiple programs that invest in successful initiatives that drive our efforts towards an environment where diverse talent thrives and our culture of welcome is valued. At my current role, I continue to implement and program manage impactful projects such as a mentorship program in HR, elevated employee development through opportunities to attend strategic external partnership events that advance our goals of allyship and inclusive leadership, and lead the segment\'s risk management projects where the analytical insights continue to mitigate risk and offer opportunities for business development with our RFPs. My approach to any project is leading cultural inclusive that intertwines analytical insights with empathetic leadership, ensuring our talent objectives align with broader business goals while putting our employees at the heart. As the VP of Administration for the NBMBAA Twin Cities chapter, I have contributed to developing programs that connect talent to meaningful career opportunities and promote economic and talent advancements for underrepresented professionals. My bilingual proficiency in Spanish has also helped me connect with more communities and allows me to be an advocate.
