About Mauricio Bustos
As a serial entrepreneur and problem solver, my passion for building started with childhood LEGOs and has evolved into over two decades of experience in the construction and design development industry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with world-renowned retailers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and developers to bring their visions to life, overcoming complex challenges and creating innovative solutions for every project. At the core of everything I do, my Catholic faith provides the foundation for my values and business principles. I believe every venture serves a larger purpose, guided by God’s plan. Integrity, collaboration, and service, all teachings of the Church, shape my work and remind me that business is about more than profits—it\'s about making a lasting, positive impact. The Holy Spirit’s guidance has been a constant force in my journey, assuring me that each step aligns with God’s greater design.This purpose-driven mindset inspired me to Found AIM-CG, a company grounded in the principles of my Faith. At AIM-CG, we help clients exceed their goals with integrity and excellence. We don’t just complete projects; we partner with clients to turn their visions into reality.In addition to AIM-CG, I Co-Founded RendHQ, a SaaS platform that simplifies rendering and file conversion for professionals in architecture, engineering, and construction. While RendHQ isn’t faith-centered, my leadership emphasizes collaboration, responsibility, and integrity.Similarly, I Co-Founded Opencharger US, a reservation system for EV charging stations addressing the growing need for reliable infrastructure, when you need it. While Opencharger focuses on innovation, it reflects my core values, delivering a product that serves the greater good.Beyond my ventures, I provide business consulting to help startups and established companies improve operations, profitability, and growth strategies. I focus on optimizing performance through smart financial planning, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining operations for long-term success.Rooted in the belief of Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know well the plans I have in mind for you - oracle of the Lord - plans for your welfare and not for woe, so as to give you a future of hope.” I approach every project, relationship, and opportunity with faith and purpose. Outside of work, I treasure time with my wife, three daughters, and three dogs. Our family is involved in charities in Las Vegas and the Catholic Archdiocese. We split our time between Las Vegas, Montana, and Texas.
