About Mauricio Celis
Mauricio R. Celis is a Navy Veteran and an International Lawyer licensed to practice law in both the United States and Mexico. Mr. Celis has had the privilege to studied law in both countries. Mr. Celis is admitted as a licensed attorney and counselor at law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. This allows Mr. Celis to practice in every Texas State Court. Additionally, he’s licensed in the U. S. Southern District of Texas, which allows him to practice in all Federal District Courts of the Southern District. Mr. Celis is also registered with the Department of Professions at the Secretariat of Education in Mexico City, where he registered two degrees in law, one in the general practice of law and the second a Master’s of Constitutional Procedural Law. The registration of his law degrees as well as his record of no sanctions entitles Mr. Celis to practice law in all state and federal courts in Mexico. Mr. Celis is also a member in good standing of the Mexican Bar Association.
