Mauricio Gomm has over 35 years of legal experience, with the last 25 years devoted to alternative dispute resolution, primarily as an arbitrator and mediator. He has served as chair, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in complex cases across various industries, including infrastructure, construction, energy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), distributorship, and franchise, under leading arbitral institutions worldwide.
