I am a PhD Chemical Engineer and member of the NAE who has spent nearly 30 years in pharmaceutical process development. As such my main thrust has been the development, scale-up and commercial introduction of manufacturing technology. My experience includes both managing scientists and running operating areas in highly regulated environments. I have developed skills in people management, risk management, and decision making based on incomplete scientific information. I am a science based person who has remained current in technology while also excelling in operating a business.
