Processed over 100 documents daily through Salesforce and Total View Enrollment daily for students enrolling in Online Schooling across the country- Entered Student Information data into our databases (Sales Force and Total View Enrollment) at our Enrollment Center Headquarters, including faxing, scanning, and copying files- Used Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Lync, Excel, Word, & Power Point)- Used the UltiPro website to log time in daily for breaks and lunch- Completed various tasks/projects that required a deadline - Managed the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all student records per policy- Worked and Interacted with a team of 15-20 team members daily in the Western/Central/Northern/Southern regional schools- Worked Internal and External chats where internally I was chatting with Phone Agents to help assist families.
