Critical and feasible thought partner in advising,leading and managing smaller & larger teams. I am interested in footwear design and establishing technical Solution especially in the field of creative development and manufacturing of performance & lifestyle footwear products as well as getting new experiences and knowledge about developing new technologies and processes, improving and envolve current ones in the footwear industry. In other words- thinking of the whole process, of producing/building a nice pair of shoes from the first idea via prototyping, developing & manufacturing at scale to the finished shoes on customers feet all with a focus on product excellence.
