MORE Bar Consultants Currently a sole trading company, a new up start but with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Having worked as bartender/Mixologist for over 6 years in famous & very popular London bars such as Sketch, Cocoon Restaurant & Bar, Volstead, and Molton House. I then made the transition into Management of nightclubs for 7 years at Cirque le Soir and Tape London. I have gained a well rounded and unique perspective in all aspects of running a Bar and a Night club, I’m fully empowered to understand the perspective of an employee and that of the employer, but most importantly the perspective of a satisfied and returning guest.
