Program multi-axis NC mills using CATIA V5 to machine complex composite laminates and bonded panels. Vericut 9.2 Machine Simulation is used to validate machine code. Also responsible for using FiberSim and Composite Workbench to generate composite ply geometry for hand lay-up as well as AFP lay-up. Programming of Virtek lasers and Gerber cutting tables are also part of my tasks.
