I’m in the business of building relationships and partnerships My day to day includes identifying new projects and unmet financing needs in the marketplace, as well as assessing potential projects’ relevance, feasibility, and applicability to my company’s goals and business strategy. The question that I seek to answer daily is how can our business development programs (e.g, financing) achieve and extend maximum community benefit. I specialize in financial modeling, product development, and customer management. I am currently studying business credit analysis and real estate lending, as part of my finance certification. My background includes economic and community development, community-driven research and policy formation, and nonprofit leadership. I have over a decade of experience leading and advising organizations on how to create social and economic momentum.
