About Reen Hunt

I’m a program management professional with a focus on sustainability, with over 10 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing people together to support environmental and climate efforts across complex organizations. My work has spanned global food service, retail, and grocery sectors, where I’ve managed programs that require collaboration and coordination across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to move initiatives forward. I’m at my best in roles focused on guiding and enhancing programs—building relationships, facilitating collaboration, and helping diverse groups navigate challenges and stay aligned. While my background includes ESG strategy, supply chain engagement, and environmental programs, what I enjoy most is the intersection of program leadership and relationship-building—connecting people, supporting implementation, and contributing to initiatives (particularly environmental ones) in a way that is practical, grounded, and collaborative. I’m especially interested in opportunities that are people-focused and action-oriented, where I can continue learning, working closely with others, and contributing to meaningful efforts without being removed from the day-to-day experience.

1. Associate Manager of Global Sustainability

   Manage the supply chain sustainability survey deployment, collection process, and improvement efforts- Operate as primary point of contact for all supply chain survey users (employees, franchisees, suppliers)- Develop deployment roadmap of key activities, timing and dependencies- Provide specific training on request of brand/functions​- Host office hours, answer questions live and providing general trouble-shooting guidance​- Lead key work streams within overall ESG data strategy project, including historical data storage, mapping and access, engaging with multiple internal stakeholders to develop a workable solution that addresses multiple use cases and progresses our ESG commitments and build brand reputation
