About Maureen McCormick

As a Human Resources Manager at MetroTek Electrical Services Company, I oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including workforce planning, organizational development, benefits administration, performance evaluation, compensation structure, recruiting and retention, training, workers compensation and assist with health and safety policy administration. I have been in this role since November 2022, and I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.I have more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on the utility and construction industry. I hold the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, as well asa B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy (double major), and a GBA and CMS in Group Benefits and Compensation Management. I have just attained my MS in HRM from West Chester University, graduating with a 4.0. My mission is to create a positive and productive work environment for all employees, and to support the strategic goals and vision of the company. I am passionate about enhancing employee well-being, promoting safety in the workplace, and fostering a culture of empowerment and mutual respect.
