My career spans early web innovation at Verizon and Paymentech through leading complex platform modernization and international payments expansion at JPMorgan Chase. I specialize in solving system‑level problems—designing operating models, platforms, and execution frameworks that reduce risk, improve clarity, and help teams deliver outcomes predictably at scale.
