With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a seasoned executive who has led both commercial and personal lines businesses in the US and globally, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for portfolio growth and remediation. I have a strong academic background, with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from Cornell University.As the President of Berkley Luxury Group, a multi-state commercial operating unit specializing in Habitational, Commercial Real Estate and Upscale Dining, I authored and executed a strategic plan that outperformed the targets to grow the Upscale Dining segment by 100% and shrink the underperforming segments by YE 2025. I also coordinated a full product review of the Casualty line, resulting in improved profitability, risk appetite, and pricing. Prior to that, I held senior roles at AIG, where I defined and implemented the global segment strategy for the $5.4B Personal Lines portfolio, oversaw the expansion and growth of the Consumer Property line across 60+ countries, and established the Private Client Group as a market leader in the High Net Worth segment.
