About Maureen Giuliano

Upon graduation from St Michael’s college in 1986, Maureen began her professional career working for a small business in a position that ignited her passion for sales and entrepreneurship. After a few short years, she and her husband decided they were ready to start a family at which time she left her job and dedicated the next 6 years to being a stay at home mom and raising her two young daughters and her son. Although the decision to put her career on-hold was a difficult one, it’s a decision that was right for her and one that she looks back upon with immense pride and fondness. If asked about those days, Maureen will quickly tell you they were some of the best days of her life. When it was time to rejoin the workforce, Maureen weighed her options and chose to pursue her real passion…residential real estate sales. In less than 2 weeks, Maureen had decided upon real estate as a career, studied for and passed the Massachusetts real estate exam, and been hired by a national real estate firm. It was the perfect choice. In real estate, Maureen found a career that allowed her to work in a field she loved, that was perfectly suited to her skillset, and that nurtured her entrepreneurial spirit. Maureen spent the next 10 years learning the business, getting to know the local real estate market, building a clientele, sharpening her business skills, and dreaming about one day opening her own real estate company. Along the way, she focused heavily on her continuing education and earned a number of important designations and distinctions (see below). After 15 years in the business, Maureen was ready to go out on her own and that’s when she opened Classified Realty Group in North Reading. Choosing the location of her first office was no brainer. After growing up in Reading and spending the past 25 years living and raising her family in North Reading, Maureen knew she wanted to serve the people of the communities that had given her so much.(Classified’s second office opened a few years later in Reading.) Due in large part to the reception of the Reading and North Reading communities, what started as a dream 14 short years ago has blossomed into the area’s premier real estate agency.
