At FIS, formerly Worldpay, I lead FIS\' Product Transformation Team and own the Product Lifecycle process. The Product Lifecycle is the methodology (tools, templates, governance and guidelines) for creating and managing new and existing products from an inkling of and idea to a Product\'s end of life. The process coupled with tools, enhance consistency, collaboration and transparency across 15 organizations (Product, CIO, Operations, Implementations, Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, RISK, Legal, Go-To-Market, Line of business/Sales, Project Management Office, Portfolio and Pricing.) Side by side with FIS stakeholders, the Product Lifecycle is the foundation that- Positions FIS to make better decisions and drive revenue generating opportunities - Is critical to achieving financial return on invested capital - Captures the checkpoints from concept through availability to ensure that the product\'s capabilities, pricing, commercial readiness, support, etc. are all in place to accelerate time to revenue -Enables collective teams to \'course correct\' as market dynamics change throughout the Product Lifecycle - Have Product roadmaps that support client funding trade-offs, integrating with current work that is being delivered - Houses key information for compliance and risk audits
