About Us: Phoenix Rising Centers breaks barriers in mental health care for BIPOC, QTPoC, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities. Through trauma-informed, anti-racist, and culturally rooted practices, we empower healing, growth, and resilience while confronting systemic inequities. We offer a comprehensive range of programs and support services to address a variety of mental health needs, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma.Position Summary: The Director of Outreach and Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding Phoenix Rising Centers\' reach and impact by developing and implementing strategic outreach initiatives and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the BIPOC and LGBT+ communities. This individual will be responsible for raising awareness of our services, forging collaborations with community organizations, and driving growth in our client base.
