Teaching and learning duties •Plan and prepare module classes and tutorials to the Definitive Module Document (DMD) requirements and assessment points.•Deliver modules (People management and PG Management) for the benefit of Students at the College and in a professional, punctual and timely manner.•Support the learning opportunity of student at all times.•Prepare, provide and enhance teaching aids to aid Students’ learning•Construct and mark appropriate assessment instruments (tests, assignments, projects, examinations), recommend final grade, percentages within a module.•Promote the general progress and well-being of individual students and communicate any abnormal behaviour, health symptoms, learning issues to the College Manager of Academic Services.•Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of individual students as required.Administrative duties•Take attendance records at the start of each class and input directly onto StudyNet.•Attend meetings and exam boards.•Undergo teaching observation by an external examiner or Navitas UK nominee.•Participate, where required in any professional development scheme.•Advise and co-operate as required on the preparation and development of modules, teaching materials, methods of teaching and assessment.•Maintain good order and discipline among students and safeguarding their health and safety when in the designated teaching space of a class.
