I love to hear your story of how you became an entrepreneur, and want to continue to cultivate our younger generation in perpetuating, and preparing their desires to create a Better City of Birmingham, Alabama. Southern Graze Catering and Event Company allows me to reach out beyond any \'normal\' catering company and create experiences for clients in Birmingham they have never had. I am able to mentor young chefs in Birmingham, bring excitement to Big events in the Magic City, create intimate conversation around the dinner table in your house, and teach our young people culinary skills.
