My career has largely consisted of stakeholder-focused roles, supporting customers, clients, and members. This experience has required me to balance responsiveness to individual stakeholders with strategic thinking to support larger value-adding projects. Now I’ve taken those skills to the philanthropy space, taking a stakeholder-focused approach to partnerships at the Pew Charitable Trusts. I enjoy the opportunity to connect donors with the mission and work of the Pew Charitable Trusts. Leaders trust me with high priority initiatives because of my thorough approach and strategic mindset. Direct reports enjoy my collaborative management style, providing guidance in their day-to-day while supporting their professional growth.I am passionate about projects that deliver value while also serving the greater good. At Pew, I do this by collaborating across teams to draft compelling proposals and communicating the value of the organization’s work to donors. I am a curious professional who is always keen to learn something new. I completed my Master’s in Public Administration in 2016 and am passionate about the unique challenges that come with non-profit work. My career started with a year of AmeriCorps service and has continued to center on serving and supporting others.

   Leading a team responsible for key activities before, during, and after grants are awarded to Pew, including proposal submission, donor cultivation, and grant intake processes. Serve as central point for complex grant agreements and budgets, and plays an integral role in bringing together fundraisers, program, finance, and legal colleagues.Working with Pew fundraisers to manage complex, multi-year, six- and seven-figure partnerships, including solicitations, renewals, gift payments, and donor reports. Collaborating with the finance and legal departments to assess, refine, and enhance processes related to proposal submission, reporting, and grant administration, ensuring effective timelines and a seamless donor experience.
