If you\'re interested in learning more, about these exciting opportunities please check out the Careers section of our website my career I supported two of the businesses beginning first as a Contractor, then converting over to a permanent employee working for the Integrated Defense Systems Business. • Responsible for full cycle recruitment and staffing within the cross business teams that include Engineering, Advanced Technology, Finance, Information Technology, Contracts, Integrated Supply Chain, Mission Assurance/Quality, Security, Program Management and Business Development. • Created effective recruitment strategies in order to meet hiring goals, deadlines, staffing objectives, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.• Partnered with hiring managers in all phases of the hiring process including requisition management, sourcing, qualifying, recommending, interviewing, negotiating salary and closing candidates.• Recruiting Lead responsible for staffing international positions on the HPTTL program for Saudi as well as other technical roles in Turkey, Israel, and Japan.• Project work over the years included the restructuring of the Employee referral program, mentoring Junior Recruiters and the Human Resources Leadership Development Program; OFCCP Compliance Training; Behavioral Interview Training; and participation in the 2007 Game Changer Program.
