About Maura Kautsky
I have the privilege to serve as the Integrator/President of Sales Xceleration. At Sales Xceleration, our Advisors serve small to mid-size businesses by building and executing their sales plans to drive growth. This is done using our Certified Sales Operating and Management System along with the experience of our tenured sales leaders. My role is based on the EOS principles of an Integrator which allows me to serve as the tie-breaker for the leadership team, the glue for the organization, beat the drum (provides cadence), accountable for the P&L results, execute the business plan, holds the Leadership Team accountable, and is the steady force in the organization. I also create organizational clarity, communication, and consistency; typically (but not always) operate more on logic; drive results; force resolution, focus, team unity, prioritization, and follow-through; is the filter for all of the Visionary’s ideas; harmoniously integrates the Leadership Team; and helps to remove obstacles and barriers.Prior to my current role, I spent 20 years in Marketing and Sales Leadership role which prepared me well for my current role.
