English as a Second Language Teacher

I teach English as a Second Language to students in China using multimodal software. I teach between one and four students simultaneously for whole group, and then one on one to effectively assist individual pronunciation. I teach four time slots in a row between 6:00am and 9:00am. I make anecdotal notes during class to give constructive feedback after class is over. I include additional scaffolding when one of my students has special needs for accommodation. I utilize Total Physical Response to effectively communicate with all my students.
