From serving as an Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach to my current role as Learning and Impact Manager at NCEC, I’ve focused on using data-driven strategies to improve instruction, support educators, and drive equitable outcomes for all students.My background includes expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and school leadership, supported by a Master’s in School Administration. I’m committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and leveraging data to inform decisions that create meaningful impact in schools.As I grow into this new chapter of my career, I’m excited to connect with others who share a passion for transforming education.
