ABOUT MAURA BORBA

Having had the opportunity to work as an Human Resources Professional and as an Employment and Labour Lawyer with over a decade of hands-on experience in providing exceptional support and legal guidance across a wide range of clientele, I developed a deep passion for implementing performance-driven internal systems and workflows to ensure the highest standards of client relationship management and team collaboration.From overseeing business operations to maintaining legal documentation, analyzing lawsuits, petitions, and affidavits, as well as managing recruitment functions for new partners, interns, and legal personnel, I provided clients with legal advice, primarily focused on labour relations, employment law, and retirement law, and trained employees in implementing new workflows and legal safety procedures to adapt to client requirements.I completed my MBA in People Management, as well as an MBA in Project Management, and I have recently graduated from the Human Resources Management program at Douglas College. My goal is to continue my professional growth and development and apply my training and expertise to help individuals and businesses establish or maintain robust organizational management systems to drive performance and build engagement.
