This enhanced call-to-action clarity and design coherence, resulting in a 3% increase in sitewide application rates and empowering students to efficiently evaluate job opportunities-Played a significant role in modernizing Handshake\'s universal job creation form, overseeing the implementation of architectural updates. This included introducing new routes and pages, implementing a duplication and edit feature, modernizing components of job headers, and ensuring the transition of all pages from the old form to the new one to reflect recent changes. Additionally, addressed critical issues to improve employer access to relevant student matches- Collaborated with a cross-functional team to develop and implement new features on Handshake, a job service with millions of users, to enhance the student job searching and event experiences- Implemented new functionalities on Handshake to streamline the job searching process for students, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly experience for millions of users- Led the development and execution of new features on Handshake to improve user experience, such as the incorporation of salary details, a heavily requested feature, for job postings, resulting in increased student engagement and satisfaction.
