Fellow and Participant @beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship

Selected from a global pool of over applicants for the prestigious beVisioneers Mercedes-Benz Fellowship 2025 — a 3-year-long program supporting young eco-innovators. As a Fellow, I am developing and scaling an ultrasonic pest repellent device designed to offer a sustainable and chemical-free alternative to conventional pesticides. This project aims to protect crops, reduce environmental toxicity, and improve health outcomes in agricultural communities. The fellowship offers access to world-class mentorship, project funding, and a rigorous leadership curriculum grounded in sustainability, innovation, and systems change. It empowers young changemakers to translate bold ideas into tangible solutions while fostering collaboration across a global network. As part of this community, I’m working at the intersection of science, technology, and impact — advancing my project while navigating the demands of academic and extracurricular leadership.Through this initiative, I aim to combat pesticide overuse, empower farmers with affordable green technologies, and promote long-term environmental resilience.
