Lead the legal function for both organizations, supporting efforts to grow an open ecosystem for decentralized storage and giving developers an open and sustainable platform to build, enhance, and monetize those services. Also lead the HR function, growing the team from the ground up and overseeing the introduction and development of talent operations, acquisition, management, and development initiatives. Member of extended leadership team responsible for leading key initiatives and providing input on overall strategy and organizational direction. Coordinate communication with the Board of Directors, including flagging key risks, overseeing development of board agendas, and leading approval process for Board actions.
