I’m a builder at heart — of teams, systems, and ideas that scale. That drive started on the basketball court at American University, where I earned my BSBA while competing as a Division I athlete. Playing at that level demanded elite discipline, resilience, and execution under pressure—traits I now bring into every business challenge I take on. Those years shaped my competitive edge, my leadership style, and my belief that preparation and perseverance create opportunities.When a career-ending injury closed one chapter, it opened another. In January 2024, I founded Vibrant Reach—initially a paid advertising and social media marketing agency. The early days were pure grit: running campaigns, designing creative, and navigating the steep learning curve of a lean, self-funded startup. I started out building on Squarespace, delivering campaigns for small businesses, and learned quickly how to wear every hat. That period taught me the realities of client service, the pace of the digital space, and the importance of building adaptable systems.In May 2024, that path led me to Framer — a platform that perfectly aligned with my vision for high-performance, scalable web design. What began as a tool quickly became a craft. I transitioned Vibrant Reach into a Framer-first digital agency, focusing on websites, systems, and automation. In January 2025, I became an official Framer Expert. In fall 2025 I’ll host my first Framer Meetup in Washington D.C, which will bring designers, students, and entrepreneurs together to share knowledge and share Framer experiences. Every pivot, every project, and every client has sharpened my ability to solve problems with creativity, strategy, and execution.Alongside Vibrant Reach, I serve as Revenue Operations & Marketing Manager at Traction AI, working with a world-class team to help organizations streamline sales, marketing, and customer operations. This role has been a masterclass in HubSpot architecture, automation, and enterprise strategy. I’m grateful to learn directly from industry leaders while driving complex client projects that demand precision, adaptability, and a constant learner’s mindset. The collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to high-stakes problem-solving here have been invaluable to my growth and perspective.Faith, alignment, and impact guide my work.
